We delivered a 36 sqm single‑storey rear extension to create a bright, open‑plan kitchen/dining/lounge. The brief also included a new utility room and a downstairs bathroom. To suit the larger floor area, we upgraded the electrical and heating systems, added smart controls, and improved the home’s overall energy performance with new windows, doors, and insulation.
